Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Tenderheart. By forwarding an email to [email protected] or using this website, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Tenderheart is operated by Justino Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 17215901). Our registered office is:
Justino Ltd
66 Paul Street
London
EC2A 4NA
These terms are between you and Justino Ltd.
2. What the service is
Tenderheart is a free, email-based service. You forward a supermarket order confirmation or shopping-basket email to [email protected], and we reply with a gentle scan that flags items high in free sugars, salt, saturated fat, or processed meat, based on UK dietary guidance.
There is no app to install, no account to create, and no payment required.
3. Not medical or professional advice
The reply you receive is general guidance based on publicly available UK dietary recommendations, including those from SACN and the NHS. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you have specific health concerns, please speak to a GP, dietitian, or other qualified expert.
4. What you agree not to do
By using the service, you agree that you will not:
- send emails you do not have the right to share;
- send malicious, abusive, illegal, or harmful content;
- use the service to spam, scrape, or overload our systems;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to misuse the service;
- rely on the output as a substitute for professional advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Tenderheart name, logo, website design, and reply content are owned by Justino Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.
6. Availability and changes
We provide the service on a best-effort basis and may change, suspend, or stop it at any time. We may also update these terms; the current version will always be available on this page.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by law, Justino Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes reliance on any reply we send, technical failures, delays, or lost emails.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
